I am trained in Gentle Years Yoga (GYY). It is an Ofqual regulated Level 4 qualification. It is a chair based yoga practice developed for the needs of older adults. The classes include modified postures (asana), breathing, concentration practices and relaxation techniques. It is a tailored exercise class to help you stay fit and healthier for longer. It can help improve your mobility, strength, breathing, balance and flexibility.
